AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER FOR STYROPAPER it has 32 digital outputs and 16 digital inputs. Steam temperature, air and water pressure in the system are monitored. Styrofoam injection controller controls all process parameters, controls tool operation and statistically records all process results. For the purposes of easier work control, there are 20 buttons / switches on the front desk that can be used to activate certain process functions. Setting and monitoring of numerical parameters of the process is done via an alphanumeric display of 20x4 characters and using 4 keys.
CONTROLLER BLOCK PRESS FOR STYROPAPER is a PLC designed by the Zof Elektro development team. It is equipped with 32 digital inputs, 32 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. It was developed to control the operation of the block press for the production of Styrofoam blocks in the Čar, Kragujevac Decoform, and Opovo factories.

THERMO ROLL CUTTING MACHINE CONTROLLER is based on the ZE-KPS-12 process controller. Built-in electronic circuits enable precise control of all process parameters. Control of the main drive motor is performed by a 1.5kW u/f regulator. The mechanics of the machine for cutting thermal rolls were made by the company BB Trade Čačak, which is also the customer of the controller.
LABEL MAKING MACHINE CONTROLLER in 4 COLORS
THE CONTROLLER OF THE MACHINE FOR MAKING LABELS in 4 COLORS was made at the request of our partner, the company BB Trade from Čačak. The controller controls the main drive, controls all conditions for safe operation of the machine, controls the temperature of 4 paint dryers (PID regulation), controls the work of the cyclone for extracting edge steaks and performs measurements of yardage, speed of work. The controller is based on the ZE-PLC controller of generation 4. The PLC controller has 24 opto-isolated digital inputs and 24 opto-isolated transistor outputs. FSB (Fast Sensor Bus) for connection with additional modules.
A specially designed ADDON module with 8 analog inputs, 4 of which are adapted to the PT100 sensor linearization, is used for temperature measurements and reading the position of potentiometers for setting the temperature. The ADDON module is connected to the ZE-PLC-4 via the FSB. 2×40 was used to display the set and measured values character alphanumeric display which is connected to ZE-PLC-4 via FSB.
